Please read these terms carefully before placing an order with JSAI Aero.
Production & Dispatch Timeframes
Due to current order volumes, please allow up to 2 weeks for parts to be manufactured and prepared for dispatch.
Products marked as “In Stock” may still require final finishing or preparation prior to shipment. Items are listed this way to allow orders to be generated and processed.
We are unable to offer refunds for:
- Change of mind.
- Being unable to wait for manufacturing timeframes.
- Delays occurring within the stated dispatch window.
Product Fitment & Installation
Due to the nature of fibreglass (FRP) and carbon fibre components, all parts may require minor preparation, trimming, or adjustment to achieve correct fitment.
No two vehicles are identical, and preparation work is standard practice prior to painting and installation.
Warranty Disclaimer
All body kits, bumpers, lips, skirts, aero parts, fenders, spoilers, guards, air boxes, eyelids, diffusers, bonnets and similar items are sold “as is.”
Due to the nature of FRP and carbon fibre products:
- No warranty is expressed or implied.
- Preparation and professional installation are required.
- Minor imperfections are considered normal for aftermarket components.
Legal & Road Use
Aftermarket automotive regulations vary by country and state.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to check applicable local laws and regulations before installing any JSAI product.
JSAI is not responsible for:
- Damage to vehicles.
- Improper installation.
- Injury or loss resulting from the installation or use of products.
Condition of Sale
All items are inspected prior to dispatch and leave our facility in new condition.
- All sales are final.
- All products are sold “as is.”
Shipping Information
Most orders are shipped via road freight within Australia.
Delivery times vary depending on production requirements and the shipping destination.
- Customers must inspect all packages before signing for delivery.
- Any freight damage must be reported to the courier at the time of delivery.
- Once an item has left our facility, it becomes the buyer’s responsibility to lodge freight claims with the carrier.
Order Cancellations
Cancellation requests are not automatically accepted and are subject to JSAI Aero’s approval at its sole discretion.
Once an order has been processed, allocated, manufactured where applicable, packed, or prepared for dispatch or collection, costs have already been incurred in administration, processing, stock allocation, handling, storage, and order management.
This fee is charged to recover costs incurred in processing and managing the order and is not a restocking fee.
The fee may apply regardless of whether the item has been dispatched, collected, or remains at our premises.
Orders that have been held for dispatch, collection, or otherwise allocated for an extended period remain subject to this policy.
Any approved refund will be processed after deduction of the applicable cancellation and handling fee.
Returns Policy
Return authorisation must be requested from JSAI within 24 hours of receiving the item.
Approved returns:
- Must be authorised by JSAI prior to being returned.
- Must be returned at the buyer’s expense.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Painting, labour, installation, and modification costs are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Agreement to Terms
By placing an order and completing checkout, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions, including production timeframes, cancellation policies, returns policy, and all other policies outlined above.
