Order Processing & Manufacturing Time
- PLEASE NOTE: Due to the current influx of orders, manufacturing may take up to 2 weeks before your parts are ready to be shipped.
- Products listed as “IN STOCK” may still require final finishing or production. They are marked as in stock to allow the order to be generated and processed.
- By clicking the “Agree” tab at checkout, you acknowledge and accept these timeframes and terms.
- We are not able to process any refunds due to change of mind or inability to wait for the manufacturing timeframe stated above.
Refund Policy
- All sales are final.
- Any refunds, if approved, are made strictly at the discretion of JSAI on a case-by-case basis.
- Any and all approved refunds will be issued in the form of JSAI Aero store credit only.
- No monetary refunds will be provided.
Product Disclaimer & Fitment
- Due to the nature of fibreglass (FRP) components, the buyer understands that:
- All fiberglass parts may require minor modifications for correct fitment.
- No two vehicles are identical; slight adjustments may be necessary.
- Preparation work is required before painting.
- We strongly recommend that all parts be trial-fitted by a qualified body shop or experienced technician prior to painting and final installation.
- All body kits, bars, skirts, aero parts, fenders, spoilers, guards, air-boxes, eyelids, diffusers, bonnets, and related components are sold “as is” with no warranty expressed or implied due to the nature of FRP and carbon fibre materials.
Legal Responsibility
- Regulations regarding aftermarket automotive parts vary by country and state. It is the buyer’s responsibility to check with local authorities before installing any JSAI product.
- JSAI shall not be held responsible for any damage, injury, loss, or claim resulting directly or indirectly from the installation or use of any JSAI product.
- Do not operate the vehicle over legal speed limits or violate traffic regulations.
Condition of Sale
- All items are thoroughly inspected before shipping and leave our facility in good condition.
- All products are sold “as is” to the buyer.
Shipping Information
- Most Australian orders are shipped via road freight.
- Shipping times vary depending on product availability and delivery location. Generally, most orders arrive within 7 days after dispatch (within Australia).
- All packages MUST be inspected prior to signing for delivery.
- Any freight damage must be reported immediately to the freight company at the time of delivery. Once the product has left our facility, it becomes the buyer’s responsibility to lodge any freight claims.
Returns
Returns are only accepted for defective or damaged items.
We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect purchases, or non-defective products.
For all return claims, customers must provide a clear unboxing video showing:
• The package before opening
• The item condition upon opening
• Any damage or defect clearly shown in the video
Return requests submitted without valid video proof may not be accepted.
