Shipping:

Q. How can I get a quote on shipping costs? 

A. Please send us a message using the Contact US Page with the details of the parts you would like delivered and the full delivery address which must include Street number, Street name, City, State, Post/Zip Code& Country, if delivery is outside Australia.  Delivery address must be correct to confirm an accurate shipping quote. Shipping to PO Box not possible.

Q. Pick Up Option?

A. Pick up location and time can be arranged by emailing us your order number. Please wait till the item is confirmed and made. Please note that our shop does not have an ETHPOS terminal.

Q. The Online Store isn’t accepting my address when I try to place an order. 

A. If you experience an error placing an order through our online store, or the online shipping calculator does not recognise your address, please send an email with the details of the parts you would like to order, and your full delivery address ( Street number, Street name, City, State, Post/Zip Code & Country, if delivery is outside Australia) to josh@jsai.com.au.  We will send you an electronic invoice to confirm your order details, price and payment options.

Q. How long will my order take to be dispatched? 

A. Orders are processed in the order they come in.  Most often parts need to be manufactured which can take at least 15 – 30 business days. We will confirm your order and estimated dispatch date within 72 hours of funds clearing. Parts that are in stock are dispatched within 3 business days of funds clearing.

Q. How will I know if my order has been shipped? 

A. We send an email message the day you parts have been shipped with the tracking details.  These messages are sent at the end of the business day.  We recommend customers check the status of the delivery on the carriers tracking site so that they are home to accept delivery or arrange for it to be left in a safe place. If you haven’t received any email within the dispatch period please contact us here, with your order number and we will endeavour to get back to you.

Q. How will the items be shipped?

Q. My part has arrived damaged what should I do?

A. First of we ask that if the packaging looks damaged…DO NOT ACCEPT Delivery or OPEN IT. CONTACT US VIA EMAIL at josh@jsai.com.au immediately and send us pictures of the damaged package.  The longer you leave it the less likely the transport companies will be willing to take responsibility. If you open the package, and the part appears damaged please contact us via email at josh@jsai.com.au within 24 hours of delivery.  We will ask you to send us some photos of the damaged part.

 Q. My part(s) have arrived… What should I do before I fit them? 

A. All parts must be trial fitted before they are painted.

Q. How can I get in touch with JSAI ?

A. We are a manufacturing business that operates an online store.  We handle our communications via technology platforms.  We prefer you send us an email with your questions,and we will try our best to get back to you within 3 business days. Alternatively, PM Us on Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp. B. We receive a huge volume of queries and do our best to get back to people within the business week. During the day we are manufacturing, our hands are in fibreglass resin, or we are sanding. It is not possible to field calls during the manufacturing process.

Products:

Q. What colour do the items come in?

A. Products come in a gel coat black. Please note this does not mean it will match a black car. Items should be prep and painted.

Q. What preparations do I need for my fiberglass product?

A. Generally a decent paint shop/ smash repair shop will know what to do. Test fitment, sanding, primer, paint matching and top coat.

Q. What does the product come with?

A. In most cases items should come with all mounting equipment required. Please refer to the item description.

Q. Can I get a quote for installation and painting?

A. While we can get a quote for installation and painting depending on the item, we try not to give a quote, as each car can be slightly different, ie paint matching (pearl colours, faded paint etc). It is best to contact your local or trusted paint/body shop for accurate prices.

Q. How does item “XX” install and how good is the fitment?

A. We try to utilize all factory mounting holes in most case. Items installing varies, but in general an assortment of, bolts/nuts, self tapers, 3m double sided mounting tape, and pop clips.

Q. Why doesn’t my item fit 100%?

A. While we strive to get a fit that is as close to OEM as possible, please understand that it may not always be possible. But the major contributing factors include:

  • cars made slightly different in the factory
  • car has been in an accident

Ways items can be installed for as close as possible fit include:

  • Getting a body work store to install (via test fit, slight bodyfilling or sanding)
  • Slightly elongating mounting holes to allow for play.

Q. I brought item “XX” from another fiberglass shop and the items doesn’t fit properly, can you fix it for me?

A. Generally no, your best bet would be a crash repair shop.

Q. Can you make item “XX” exclusively for me, so i can get better Street Cred?

A. While we love to expand our product range, the process of making a mould for an item is very time consuming, as such in most case we will not make anything “exclusively” for you. We do try to make new products to suit the market, so if you have an idea (and willing to not be “exclusive”) please contact us, who knows you may even score yourself a free item.In most cases items should come with all mounting equipment required. Please refer to the item description.

Purchasing:

Q: How long is the wait time?

A. The current lead time for all orders is 10-12 working weeks. It is backdated from when payment is first received.

Q. What payment options do you offer online?

A. We offer Direct Deposit, PayPal and Stripe. Direct deposit is fee free.  Other methods of payment incur at charge at check out. All prices and quotes we send out are in AUD (Australian dollars).

Q. What is the best price you can do?

A. All our prices are final due to high demand. But keep an eye on our facebook & Instagram page, we post discounts, coupons or free shipping regularly. Visit (Facebook link).
